Return Conditions
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@apreggio.com.
Return Process
Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@apreggio.com or via the contact form below within 14 days of receiving your order.
Pack Your Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship Your Item: Once we receive your return request, we’ll provide you with the necessary information to ship the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
